About Us
Welcome to Fisher's Fishes, a support group for theoreticians interested in biology. This club began as a theoretical biology journal club at IISER Pune, but due to a lack of critical mass in one place, we expanded virtually to include people from various institutes—primarily undergraduate and graduate students. We regularly host talks by students on fascinating papers or their own research. Currently, we’re looking to expand into a magazine and are actively seeking article contributions loosely centered around the theme “Theoretical Biology.” If you'd like to be added to our mailing list, please contact Abhishek (contact information below). You’ll find the links to our WhatsApp group and Discord server at the bottom of the page.
Details about upcoming talks, including joining links, are first shared in the WhatsApp group.
